We take our clients and patients satisfaction very seriously. Every patient
on Home Health Services and client on in-home services receives a Satisfaction
Survey during and after their services with LifeCare. This process gives
all of our patients/ clients an opportunity to provide honest feedback.
Whether it is a positive reinforcement for our staff to continue provide
excellent services or an opportunity to improve in certain areas, we pay
attention to what our clients have to say.
